基于激光与CCD图像系统的非接触式转角测量

摘要
介绍了基于激光与CCD图像系统的物体小角度偏转角的检测技术.利用相关法数字图像处理技术计算光斑的移动实现微小位移的光学测量,建立了激光反射光位移与转角的定量关系,并应用等强度悬臂梁进行实验验证.检测系统具有结构简单、能实时在线检测、非接触及高精度等特点,在工程中具有较大的实用价值.
Based on laser and CCD image system,the inspected technique of puny deflectable angle measurement to object is presented.With the correlation method in digital image processing,optical measurement of tiny displacement is achieved by obtaining the facula movement.The relation between reflective laser displacement and roll-angle is constructed and the experiment of equal intension cantilever beam is given.The result shows that this system has the advantages of simple constitution,real-time on-line measurement,non-contact and high precision.It will be widely used in engineering.
