提高地震仪器谐波畸变测试精度的方法

摘要
谐波畸变是地震勘探仪器的一项重要参数,其指标高低主要取决于采集通道的滤波器、前置放大器和模数转换器等模拟器件。谐波畸变测试信号的幅度、畸变、频率精度和稳定性以及对测试数据的处理算法等是影响谐波畸变测试精度的主要因素。在测试信号品质相同的情况下,选择合适的时间域计算窗口可以有效地提高谐波畸变的测试精度。本文从地震仪器采集通道的电路组成和谐波畸变的定义及测试原理出发,分析了测试信号属性和测试算法对谐波畸变测试精度的影响,探讨了提高地震仪器谐波畸变测试精度的方法。
The harmonic distortion is an important parameter for seismic prospecting instrument,its specifications mainly depend on the filter in acquisition channel,the preamplifier,the analog-to-digital converter and other analog devices. The amplitude,distortion,frequency accuracy,stability and the processing algorithm for the testing data are the major factors which affect the testing accuracy of the harmonic distortion. When the quality of the testing signal is the same,selection of suitable calculation window in time domain could effectively raise the testing accuracy for the harmonic distortion. Based on the circuit constitution of the acquisition channel of the seismic prospecting instrument,the definition of the harmonic distortion and the testing principles,the influence of the testing signal's attributes and the testing algorithm to the testing accuracy of the harmonic distortion was analyzed,and how to raise the testing accuracy of the harmonic distortion was discussed in this paper.
