基于混凝土超声探伤的CT图像分析

摘要
利用超声波CT(Computerized Tomography)探伤技术,对含预埋缺陷的混凝土构件进行探测,采集走时数据重建波速分布—“反演成像”。实验结果表明,超声CT图像可以比较完整地反映某一断面上混凝土的内部质量,从而根据速度差异识别缺陷。并通过分析成像结果,对影响CT图像质量的主要因素:测线的布置、成像单元的划分、反演方法的选择,进行了初步研究和评价。
Based on ultrasonic CT for concrete defects detection,concrete specimen with defects was examined.The travel times data obtained reconstructed a tomograph of velocity across the section.Experimental results indicated ultrasonic CT images can reflect the condition of internal concrete structures depending on the change of velocity,which allowed better identification of defects within the body of structures.Meanwhile,key factors(layout of test lines,division of imaging cells,choice of inverse methods) influencing on the accuracy of CT images were researched and evaluated by the analysis of imaging results.
