多通道界面对残障网络用户的人文关怀

摘要

针对残障网络用户获取网络信息的障碍问题,介绍残障网络用户的特征、残障网络用户与信息无障碍建设的关系和多通道界面,得出多通道界面可以为残障网络用户打造一条信息无障碍通道以克服身体功能缺失带来的获取信息障碍的结论,以期达到为残障网络用户更好地提供人文关怀的目的;同时,介绍多通道界面技术通过硬件界面、软件界面和网络界面三方面来实现对残障网络用户的人文关怀。
In view of the access barrier of the handicapped web users, this paper introduces the characteristics of the handicapped web users, the relationship between the handicapped web users and barrier-free information construction, and the multimodal interface as well. It comes to a conclusion that the multimodal interface can help the handicapped web users to access information by overcoming the obstacles of physical defects. The multimodal interface technology shows the humanistic care to the handicapped web users from three aspects of hardware interface, software interface and web interface.
