筒仓耗能减震结构体系振动台试验研究

摘要
根据相似理论设计制作了1∶25的有机玻璃筒仓模型,在三向六自由度振动台上先后对模型半仓贮料和满仓贮料进行了有、无耗能减震装置的模拟地震振动台对比试验,并对试验结果进行了分析研究.结果表明:耗能减震装置具有良好的减震效果,筒仓结构在加装耗能减震装置后,在共振时的仓顶动力放大系数有明显的降低,平均降低幅度达20%以上;贮料的减震作用随着激励的增强而提高,筒仓结构表现出明显的质量非线性和阻尼非线性.
A 1∶25 scale plexiglass model of silo was designed and fabricated based on the similarity theory. On a shaking table with three dimensions and six degrees of freedom, a group of simulated earthquake tests of the model with and without energy dissipator were successively performed for comparison under half storing condition and full storing condition.The present results show that the energy dissipator can effectively reduce the dynamic response of the structure. The average decrease of the dynamic amplification coefficient for the top of the silo equipped with energy dissipator is above 20% when resonance occurs.The damping performance of the stored material enhances with the increasing excitation, and the system presents obvious mass and damp nonlinearity.
