白莲河水库第二溢洪道自溃坝爆破拆除振动安全监测

摘要
白莲河水库除险加固工程中,拟对原自溃坝进行爆破拆除,为确保爆破拆除不对邻近建筑物构成威胁,优化拆除施工方案,对自溃坝拆除爆破进行了振动安全监测。给出了监测方案、监测成果并进行了分析,根据工程特定的地形条件,应用考虑高程的峰值质点振动速度衰减规律作为回归方程,并据此确定了自溃坝不同开挖高程的允许最大单响药量,为自溃坝拆除施工方案的调整提供了科学依据。振动安全监测工作对施工起到了积极的指导作用,对其他类似工程具有一定借鉴意义。
The fuse-plug dam will be demolished during reinforcement of Bailianhe reservoir.In order to guarantee the safety of adjacent buildings and to optimize the demolition scheme,vibration monitoring is carried out,and the monitoring scheme and results are presented.According to the special topographical conditions,the attenuation law that can describe the influence of the elevation is used as the regression equation.And the tolerable maximum charge mass per delay interval is determined.The construction scheme is adjusted according to the results of blasting vibration test.Vibration safety monitoring plays an active guiding role in demolition blasting of fuse-plug dam in 2nd spillway of Bailianhe reservoir.The successful experience can be referred by other similar projects.
