非对称3×3干涉型传感器解调系统设计

摘要
针对3×3耦合器输出信号的非对称特性,研究并推导了改进型的3×3耦合器解调算法。根据该算法,使用Labview设计了信号处理软件。实现了对非对称3×3耦合器输出信号的软件解调和频谱分析。通过实验,系统的频率测量范围可达10~1000Hz,相位测量范围为-10~10rad,相位灵敏度为0.5V/rad。
Based on the asymmetry characteristic of 3×3 coupler output signal, the improved demodulation arithmetic of 3×3 coupler was studied and deduced. The signal processing software was designed by Labview, and it could achieve software demodulation of asymmetric 3×3 coupler output signal and spectrum analysis. Testing result shows that the frequency measured range is 10-1000Hz and the phase measured range is -10~10 rad. The phase sensitivity of the system is 0.5V/rad. This system has high precision, large measured range and convenience to observe waveform and spectrum.
