混凝土结构碳化寿命的时变可靠度分析

摘要
在一般大气环境下,混凝土结构的耐久性问题主要是由于碳化引起的钢筋锈蚀问题.碳化造成混凝土结构从新建到最终失效破坏过程包括:混凝土中钢筋开始发生锈蚀;混凝土保护层开始出现顺筋裂缝;裂缝宽度达到不容许值或混凝土保护层锈胀剥落等三个阶段.采用拟Monte-Carlo随机模拟方法,计算了以上述三个状态作为极限我状态所对应的时变失效概率,计算结果令人满意.该方法可以应用于混凝土结构受钢筋腐蚀破坏的耐久性寿命预测中.
Under average air environment condition,durability deficiency of reinforced concrete structure is mainly induced by carbonation which will cause reinforcement corrosion in concrete.Usually,the failure process of RC structure from service initiation to ultimate destruction induced by carbonation can be divided into three stages: from service initiation to steel corrosion initiation;from corrosion initiation to concrete cracking initiation and from cracking to crack width up to maximum or concrete cover peeling.With quasi Monte-Carlo method,time-dependent failure probabilities corresponding to these three limit states are calculated and results are agreeable.This methodology is applicable to predict durability life-span of RC structure demolished by steel corrosion.
