矩形箱装置减振分析与利用

摘要
通过对矩形水箱的动力学分析后,提出利用水构成一种非线性吸振器,进行低频振动的吸收。通过进一步对两自由度吸振系统仿真,可知增大子系统的阻尼可以在更大程度上降低主系统的响应,因此利用常见建筑材料沙子构成了另外一种吸振器,做了它和水以及无吸振材料时的对比性实验,通过最后的数据分析,认为子系统阻尼越大,其对低频振动的吸收效果愈好,尽管其在个别频率处的效果可能会低。这为低频振动的实际工程治理提供了一种新的方法。
A non-linear absorber using water was proposed based on the dynamic analysis of rectan- gular box to absorb low-frequency vibration.Deeply,through simulation of two-degree freedom system, an conclusion was made,that is ,increasing damping of subsystem can reduce the response of main-sys- tem.Therefore,another absorber was lifted by using usual material-sand,and comparison experiment was carried out by water,sand and no absorbing material.The final data indicates that the damping of subsys- tem is bigger,the absorbing effect is better,although its effect is lower in some discrete frequencies, which provide a new method of low-frequency vibration control in actual project.
