中国妇女活动中心二期工程南区酒店结构设计

摘要
中国妇女活动中心二期工程分为南区酒店、博物馆和北区公寓,地上9~11层,地下4层。其中,南区酒店地上9层,地下4层,为平面、竖向多项不规则的复杂高层建筑,为了提高该结构的抗震性能,特别是大震下的抗震性能,根据超限审查专家的建议,设置了18个软钢阻尼器(HADAS)。本文对该工程的结构体系做了简要介绍,采用SATWE程序对结构是否采用软钢阻尼器进行了对比的整体分析、弹性时程分析和简化的弹塑性分析,并根据"高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程"的要求取两者的大值进行构件配筋,最后采用ETABS程序对设置软钢阻尼器的结构体系进行了Push-over分析,证明设置软钢阻尼器可以提高结构在大震时的抗震性能,使其满足大震作用下最大层间位移不大于1/80的规范要求。
The second project of China Women's Activity Center consists of a southern area hotel,a museum and a northern area apartment,with 9~11 floors above the ground and 4 floors under the ground.The southern area hotel,with 9 floors above the ground and 4 floors underground,is a complicated tall building both plane and vertical.In order to improve the seismic behavior of the structure,especially the behavior under severe earthquakes,18 HADAS are set according to the limit check experts' advice.In this paper,the structural system of this project is briefly introduced.Using HADAS or not,integral analysis,elastic time-history analysis and simplified elastic-plastic analysis are compared with SATWE program,and the bigger calculated figures are adopted for reinforcement according to "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building".Finally,Push-over analysis is carried out according to the structure with HADAS with ETABS program to prove the dampers can greatly contribute to the behavior of the structure under severe earthquakes,by means of which the biggest value of inter-story drift is no more than 1/80——according to the demand of the above specification.
