摘要

机电安装工程投资量大且安装技术要求较高,因此一旦发生变更往往会造成费用增加、进度延迟,耗费大量的人力以及物力资源。文章就机电安装工程变更原因进行探讨,并提出机电安装工程变更的有效管控策略。
        The investment of mechanical and electrical installation engineering is large and the installation technology requirements are high, so once the change occurs, it will often lead to cost increase, progress delay, and consume a lot of human and material resources. In this paper, the causes of mechanical and electrical installation engineering change are discussed, and the effective management and control strategy of mechanical and electrical installation engineering change is put forward.
