摘要
针对大风量、中低浓度有机废气的治理,"预处理+浓缩转轮+催化燃烧"组合技术具有净化效率高、安装及维护简单等优点。该组合技术是将吸附浓缩技术和催化燃烧技术进行有效地结合,中低浓度废气经吸附转轮浓缩后成为高浓度有机废气,经脱附区脱附后进入催化燃烧设备,燃烧生成无毒无害物质达标排放。对"预处理+浓缩转轮+催化燃烧"组合工艺及关键技术进行详细介绍,包括预处理、浓缩转轮、催化燃烧设备等,而后对研究内容进行分析。
With the advantages of high purification efficiency and simple operation and maintenance, the integrated technology of adsorption rotor and catalytic combustion is widely used in organic waste gas treatment with high air volume and low concentration. The absorption technology and catalytic combustion are effectively combined, the low concentration of exhaust gas after absorption of the rotors and unattached into the regenerative thermal oxidation equipment, generating non-toxic and non-hazardous gas after combustion. In this paper, the technology of adsorption rotor and catalytic combustion was introduced in detail, including pretreatment, adsorption rotor and catalytic combustion equipment.
