摘要
评估了蘑菇渣与牛粪厌氧共消化.中温批量试验结果表明,蘑菇渣与牛粪的结合可以比单样品蘑菇渣得到更合理的C/N(15.6~21.6)和更适宜的pH值(8.1~8.2).蘑菇渣与牛粪的共消化比单独的蘑菇渣消化具有更高的累计甲烷产量.用rskov方程和改进的Gompertz模型来拟合共消化样品的累积甲烷产量,发现共消化样品的累积甲烷产量更符合改进的Gompertz模型.试验结果表明,与牛粪的厌氧共消化是处理蘑菇渣可行且有价值的方法.
        Anaerobic co-digestion of spent mushroom substrates with dairy manure was evaluated in this study.The results of mesophilic batch experiments demonstrate that the combination of SMS and DM can get a more reasonable C/N(15.6~21.6)and pH(8.1~8.2)than the single sample SMS.The co-digestion of SMS and DM has a higher methane yield than SMS alone.The modified Gompertz model fits the cumulative methane yield of co-digestion better than that of ?rskov equation.The results suggest that anaerobic co-digestion is a feasible and valuable method for the treatment of SMS.
