大气式燃气采暖热水炉降低NO_x排放的方法

摘要
为降低大气式燃烧燃气采暖热水炉的NO_x排放,通过改变燃烧器火排数量、喷嘴直径,增加二次空气流动阻力,改变引风机功率,更改空气限流环进气口直径,进行了相关试验。得出降低大气式燃气采暖热水炉NO_x排放量的方法:增加燃烧器火排的数量,保持总热输入一致,从而降低单个火排的热输入;在保持热输入不变的基础上,减小喷嘴直径,NO_x的排放量随着喷嘴直径的缩小而减少;在燃烧室两侧增加挡风板,在燃烧器前增加分配网板,合理分配一次空气与二次空气的比例;采用功率较大的引风机及加大空气限流环进气口直径,提高烟气流速,以缩短烟气在高温区的停留时间。
        In order to reduce the NOxemissions of the atmospheric gas heating and hot water combiboilers,the related tests were carried out by changing the number of burner elements and the nozzle diameter,increasing the secondary air flow resistance,changing the power of induced draft fan,changing the air restrictor ring inlet diameter. The methods of reducing the NOxemissions of the atmospheric gas heating and hot water combi-boilers are obtained: increasing the number of burner elements,keeping the total heat input consistent,thereby reducing the heat input of an individual burner element; reducing nozzle diameter on the basis of keeping the heat input constant,NOxemission decreases with decrease of the nozzle diameter; adding the wind deflectors on both sides of the combustion chamber,and adding the distribution stencil in front of the burner to reasonably distribute the ratio of primary air to secondary air; adopting induced draft fan with larger power and increasing the air restrictor ring inlet diameter to increase flue gas flow rate,thereby shortening the residence time of flue gas in high temperature zone.
