摘要
采用胶结充填采矿法时,充填成本直接影响着采矿成本,而胶凝材料添加量对充填成本起到至关重要的作用。在保证充填体强度的前提下,优化胶结充填中胶凝材料的添加量,能够降低充填成本。本文通过测定不同配比参数条件下的充填料浆流动性能,确定了最佳的充填料浆输送浓度,并在此浓度基础上开展了多组不同配比条件下的充填体强度试验,最终根据强度试验结果优化选取了最佳水泥添加量,将充填料浆中胶凝材料单耗由原先的348kg/m~3和191kg/m~3降为247kg/m~3和156kg/m~3,分别降低了29%和14%。据此计算每年可为矿山节约充填成本约800万元。
        In cemented filling mining method,the filling cost directly affects the mining cost,and the amount of cementitious material added has a very significant impact on the filling cost.On the premise of guaranteeing the strength of filling body,the filling cost can be reduced by optimizing the amount of cementitious material added in cemented filling.In this paper,the best filling slurry transport concentration is determined by measuring the fluidity of filling slurry under different proportioning parameters.On the basis of this concentration,several groups of filling strength tests under different proportioning conditions are carried out.Finally,the optimum cement content is selected according to the strength test results,and the unit consumption of cementitious materials in filling slurry is reduced from 348 kg/m~3 and 191 kg/m~3 to247 kg/m~3 and 156 kg/m~3,29% and 14% respectively.Based on this,the filling cost can be saved about eight million yuan per year.
