摘要
通过对麻疯树种子测定不同的含水量(15%、10%、5%)、不同温度(0℃、5℃、常温)组合以及添加抗氧化剂等贮藏处理下的油脂类物质各项生理生化指标。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的增加,麻疯树种子的含油量、酸性磷酸酯酶活性、碘价均有所降低;酸价、皂化值均有升高。其含水量控制在5%,贮藏温度为0℃时,含油量、酸性磷酸酯酶活性最大,种子的酸价、碘价、皂化值变化值最小。这个处理组合最有利于保护种子的质量与活力。另外,常温下充入N_2、用维生素E拌种,对种子活力的保存也具有明显的效果,可有效减缓种子劣变。
The determination of seeds of Jatropha curcas L.different water content(15%,10%,5%)and temperature(0 ℃,5 ℃,room temperature)and added antioxidants combined with the next oil storage of the substances physiological and bio-chemical indicators.The results show that with the increase of storage time,the oil content of Jatropha curcas L.seeds,acidphosphatase activity,typical prices were decreased; acid value,saponification value were increased,moisture content con-trol at 5%,storage temperature to 0℃,oil content,acid phosphatase activity in the largest seeds of the acid value,typical val-ue,saponification value changes in value of the minimum.This treatment combination most conducive to protecting the qual-ity and vitality of the seed.In addition,room temperature,charged into the N_2,seed treatment with vitamin E,the preserva-tion of seed viability also has a significant effect,can effectively slow down seed deterioration.
