摘要

[目的/意义]进入深化改革新时代,中国情报学理论与实践研究面临新的机遇与挑战。因此,认真总结中国特色情报学的发展历史及存在问题,有着十分重要的理论意义与现实意义。[方法/过程]应用历史追溯和纵向对比分析方法,对建国以来中国特色情报学的兴起、理论与应用研究的历史进行了全面回顾和深入反思。[结果/结论]笔者认为中国特色情报学理论与应用研究以及学科建设与西方经典情报学理论体系相比,无论在研究范畴、研究对象和学科发展重点等方面都存在着明显差异。因此,简单照搬经典情报学体系的发展模式,将会出现其理论研究结果与我国社会实践之间严重错位的普遍现象。
        [Purpose/Significance]With the reform in China entering into a critical period,intelligence studies are facing new favorable opportunities and challenges. Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical important meaning to summarize seriously the development history and existing problem of the intelligence studies with Chinese characteristics. [Method/Process]By using historical retrospect and longitudinal comparative analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive review and in-depth reflection on the history of the rise, theory and application of intelligence studies with Chinese characteristics since the founding of the People's Republic of China.[Result/Conclusion]Compared with the western classical theory system of information science, the theories and application of intelligence studies with Chinese characteristics are obviously different in terms of research scope, research target and subject's development emphasis and so on. Therefore, if we simply copy the development model of the classical information science system, there will be a general phenomenon of serious dislocation between its theoretical research results and our social practice.
