摘要

培育发展特色小镇已经成为新型城镇化建设的重要抓手,同时也是推动供给侧结构性改革的重要平台,更是推进城乡统筹发展的重要途径。四川省小城镇数量较多,特色小镇建设取得一定成就,全省共有20个入围在两批中国特色小镇名单中。但不容忽视的是,四川省在特色小镇建设过程中存在人口基数大、城镇化发展水平低、产业特色不够鲜明、公共服务不均衡等问题。必须精准理解特色小镇的建设理念,通过以更高的标准、更快的速度、更强的合力来高质量推进四川省特色小镇建设。
        Cultivating and developing characteristic towns has become an important starting point in the construction of new urbanization,an important platform for promoting supply-side structural reform,and an important way to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas.There are a large number of small towns in Sichuan Province,and some achievements have been made in the construction of characteristic towns.A total of 20 small towns with Chinese characteristics have been shortlisted in the province.However,it can not be ignored that there are some problems in the construction of characteristic towns in Sichuan Province,such as large population base,low level of urbanization development,insufficient industrial characteristics,unbalanced public services and so on.We must accurately understand the construction concept of characteristic towns,and promote the construction of characteristic towns in Sichuan Province with higher standards,faster speed and stronger joint efforts.
