摘要

生态环境建设是我国可持续发展战略中的重要构成,尤其以森林生态系统为主体的生态环境建设,是体现我国生态系统完整性与持续性的重要标志。国有林场是我国培育森林资源与发展生态经济的重要依托与基础,也是我国生态经济链的重要构成单位。它的经营模式与发展理念是决定森林经济、生态环境的前提。基于此,以国有林场的森林资源经营发展为主线,针对国有林场的森林资源与经营模式进行深入研究,对面临的困境与形势进行客观阐述,并在此基础上提出促进国有林场发展的改善措施。
        The construction of ecological environment is an important component of China's sustainable development strategy. Especially the ecological environment construction with forest ecosystem as the main body,which is an important symbol reflecting the integrity and sustainability of China's ecosystem. State-owned forest farms are an important basis and foundation for China to cultivate forest resources and develop ecological economy,and also an important component of China's ecological economic chain. Its business model and development concept are the premise for determining the forest economy and ecological environment. Based on this,the forest resources management development of state-owned forest farms is taken as the main line,and the forest resources and business models are studied in depth,and the dilemmas and situations are objectively elaborated. On this basis,improvement measures to promote the development of state-owned forest farms are proposed.
