摘要

面对严峻的环境污染问题,各个国家对生态环境保护的重视程度越来越高,均开始通过多元化措施加强生态环境保护,我国也不例外。可持续发展战略的提出促进了林业部门大力发展复兴工程,森林防火、封山育林、退耕还林等诸多举措的持续推进,实现了林业资源的有效保护,在生态环境保护方面发挥了至关重要的作用。与此同时,林业生态保护不仅仅局限于上述内容,森林病虫害也是严重威胁林业生态的重要因素之一,建立健全森林病虫害防治检疫体系就成为林业生态可持续发展中至关重要的一部分。上述形势下,主要针对森林病虫害防治检疫的重要性进行了系统的阐述,同时包括森林病虫害特征及发生的具体原因,在此基础上提出了建立森林病虫害防治检疫体系的措施与建议。
        Facing the severe environmental pollution problem,each country pays more and more attention to the protection of ecological environment. They all begin to strengthen the protection through diversified measures,and China is no exception. Sustainable development strategy promotes vigorous development of rehabilitation projects in the forestry sector. Many measures such as forest fire prevention,forest closure and conversion of farmland to forestry have been continuously promoted,which has played a vital role in the protection of ecological environment. At the same time,forestry ecological protection is not limited to the above content,forest pests and diseases are also one of the important factors that seriously threaten it. Establishing and improving the forest pest control and quarantine system has become a vital part of sustainable development. Under the above situation,the importance of forest pest control and quarantine was expounded,including its characteristics and reasons. On this basis,several measures and suggestions for establishing forest pest control and quarantine system were put forward.
