摘要

本文从治水目标、顶层设计、工作基础、职责制度、创新机制、载体搭建和考核机制7个方面分析了浙江省河长制工作的主要做法,总结了浙江省台州仙居县、杭州江干区、绍兴诸暨市和金华兰溪市四地的河长制工作典型做法,立体呈现了河长制工作在浙江的实践和探索,为全国的河长制工作整体推进提供了参考。
        This paper analyzes the main practices of the river chief system work in Zhejiang Province from seven aspects: water control objectives, senior design, work basis, responsibility system, innovation mechanism, carrier construction and assessment mechanism. It summarizes the typical practices ofthe river chief system work infour cities including Xianju CountyofTaizhouCity, Jianggan Districtof Hangzhou, Shaoxing Zhuji City and Jinhua LanxiCity in Zhejiang Province. It presentsstereoscopically the practice and exploration of the river chief system work in Zhejiang and provides a reference for the overall promotion of The River Chief System's work in the whole country.
