涡流排水采气正交优化影响因素分析

摘要
井底积液现象通常会严重影响气井的正常生产,缩短生产周期甚至停产,在页岩气井中利用涡流工具的排水采气工艺能够有效的解决气井的积液问题。以苏里格气田气井为例,结合现场的实际应用,选用标准的6因素、5因子的正交实验表L_(25)(5~6)制定了25组实验,以螺旋体翼高、螺旋体翼宽、旋流体直径以及螺旋翼圈数4个因素为研究对象,每个因素选用5个水平,利用Fluent流体模拟软件分析评价了各种因素对排水采气效果的影响,通过正交实验的结果,经过极差分析得到优选出来的最佳涡流工具参数的组合,从而可以指导并且应用于现场实践。
        Bottom hole effusion usually affects the normal production of gas wells, and it shortens the production cycle or even stops production. The use of eddy current tools in the shale gas wells can effectively solve the problem of fluid accumulation in gas wells. In order to make the vortex tool work efficiently and normally, it is necessary to rationalize the influencing factors. Take the gas well in Sulige gas field as an example, in combination with the practical application of the site, 25 sets of experiments were developed in using the standard six-factor and five-factor orthogonal experiment table L_(25)(5~6). We are taking the four factors of helix wing height, helix wing width, swirling fluid diameter and helix wing circle as the research object. Five factors are used for each factor. Fluent fluid simulation software is used to analyze and evaluate the effects of various factors on the drainage gas recovery effect. Through the results of orthogonal experiments, the optimal combination of eddy current tool parameters is obtained, which can be guided and applied in field practice.
