国内外居住建筑的内涵与分类

摘要
在对国内外与居住建筑相关的标准规范调研中发现,不同国家的标准规范对居住建筑的定义和分类存在较大差异,我国国家标准、行业标准、地方标准对居住建筑的解释也有所不同。就与居住建筑相关的标准规范而言,居住建筑分类存在边界不清等问题,非住宅类居住建筑与公共建筑在分类上存在部分交叉。本文结合全文强制性工程建设规范研编工作,对居住建筑的内涵问题进行分析探讨。
        Through an investigation on the standards and codes related to domestic and foreign residential buildings, it is found that the international definition and classification of residential buildings are far from identical. Also, there are quite different explanations regarding the residential buildings according to the national standards, industrial standards and local standards in China. As far as the standards related to residential buildings are concerned, existing problems are proposed such as the unclear boundaries classification of residential buildings and the partially crossed classification of non-residential residential buildings and public buildings. Combined with research and compilation of full-text mandatory engineering construction code, the connotation of residential buildings is analyzed and discussed as well.
