摘要
以IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)、PCDL(聚碳酸酯二醇)和PHA(聚己二酸-己二醇酯二醇)等为主要原料,添加4-羟基丁基丙烯酸酯、硅粉、聚乙烯醇和氧化铝等助剂,制备了稳定的PETG(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯)水性数码打印涂层。探讨了硅粉、聚乙烯醇和氧化铝添加量对吸墨速度、粘接力、色彩饱和度的影响。研究结果表明:增加硅粉的量可以加快打印颜料的吸墨速度,但是超过30%时,会降低打印材料与胶膜之间的粘结力;增加聚乙烯醇的量可以提高打印颜料的色彩饱和度,但是超过26%时导致涂层吸墨性变差,材料润墨;当铝凝胶浓度为60%,聚乙烯醇浓度为25%,硅粉浓度为15%时,打印材料与胶膜之间的粘结力达到最大值,涂层的色彩饱和度较佳,图案鲜艳,无润墨情况出现。
        With IPDI(isophorone diisocyanate),PCDL(polycarbonate diol)and PHA(polyhexanediol adipatediol)as main raw materials,4-hydroxybutyric acrylate,silicon powder,polyvinyl alcohol and alumina as additives,stablewaterborne digital printing coatings of PETG(polyethylene terephthalateco-1,4-cylclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate)were prepared. The effects of silicon powder,polyvinyl alcohol and alumina on ink absorption speed,adhesion andcolor saturation were discussed. The research results showed that increasing the amount of silica powder couldaccelerate the ink absorption speed of printing pigment,but when the percentage exceeded 30%,the bonding forcebetween printing material and film would be reduced. Increasing the amount of polyvinyl alcohol could improve thecolor saturation of printing pigment,but the ink absorption of coatings material became worse and the material wasmoistening ink when the amount was more than 26%. When the concentration of aluminum gel was 60%,theconcentration of polyvinyl alcohol was 25%,and the concentration of silicon powder was 15%,the bonding forcebetween the printing material and film reached the maximum,the color saturation of the coatings was the best,theprint pattern was bright,and there was no ink moistening.
