单孔腹腔镜在生殖外科中的价值和意义

摘要
<正>生殖外科是以生殖医学为基础、以保留生育功能、改善辅助生育结局为目的的微创外科技术,是辅助生殖技术必要的治疗手段和补充[1]。生殖外科的首要原则是治疗疾病的同时,尽量保留正常组织,保护组织器官的血供及形态,保证脏器的功能。女性生殖外科手术涉及输卵管、卵巢、子宫等生殖器官,其治疗的关键是对输卵管通畅性甚至蠕动功能的保护,对卵巢储备及内分泌功能的保护,对子宫内膜容受性、子宫完整性、宫颈机能等诸多功能的保护。内镜技术在生殖外科的应用有着巨大
