摘要

本文先阐述了污染减排的开展背景,并从多个角度分析了污染减排对城市降水和环境空气污染带来的具体影响,最后还从加强各项环境指数的监测、全面贯彻污染减排的宣传教育、制定完善的污染减排机制体系三个方面,综合全面的探讨了污染减排战略体系贯彻实施的保障措施。
        This paper firstly describes the background of pollution reduction, and analyzes the specific impacts of pollution reduction on urban precipitation and environmental air pollution from various angles. Finally, it also strengthens the monitoring of various environmental indicators and comprehensively implements pollution reduction. The publicity and education, the formulation of a sound pollution reduction mechanism system, comprehensively explored the safeguard measures implemented by the pollution reduction strategy system.
