摘要

通过对"2016.7"白莲河水库洪水预报与调度过程的分析总结,采用精准预报应用于水库实际洪水调度中,对调度结果假设分析,总结经验和启示,展示了水文预警预报对水库科学决策、防洪减灾的重要作用。
        The actual flood forecasting and dispatching process of Bailianhe Reservoir in July 2016 are analyzed. Practical experience of the application of accurate forecasting in reservoir flood dispatching is summarized. The importance of the hydrologic early warning and forecasting in the scientific decision of reservoir flood control is demonstrated.
