长白瑞香挥发性成分的GC- MS分析

摘要
[目的]分析长白瑞香的挥发性成分并测定各成分的相对百分含量.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取长白瑞香中的挥发性成分并计算收率,以GC-MS结合NIST质谱库、保留指数和文献资料共同分析鉴定挥发性化学成分及种类,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量.[结果]长白瑞香挥发性成分的提取率为0.56%,从分离出的76个色谱峰中共鉴定出51个成分,占挥发性成分总量的95.22%.挥发性成分相对百分含量由高到低依次为β-谷甾醇(32.63%)、β-香树素(7.11%)、十六烷酸(5.98%)、亚麻酸甲酯(5.40%)、亚油酸甲酯(4.90%)、维生素E(4.25%)、亚油酸(3.24%)和二十四烷(3.09%)等.[结论]长白瑞香挥发性成分中相对百分含量最高的为β-谷甾醇,占32.63%.
        OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile constituents of Daphne koreana Nakai and determine the relative percentage of each component. METHODS The volatile constituents of Daphne koreana Nakai were extracted by steam distillation and the yield was calculated. GC-MS combined with NIST mass spectra, retention index and document literature were used to analyze and identify the volatile chemical components and species, the relative percentage of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. RESULTS The extraction rate of volatile constituents was 0.56%, and 51 components were identified from 76 chromatographic peaks, accounting for 95.22% of the total of volatile components. The relative percentage of volatile components from high to low was β-sitosterol(32.63%), β-amyrin(7.11%), palmitic acid(5.98%), methyl linolenate(5.40%), methyl linoleate(4.90%), Vitamin E(4.25%), linoleic acid(3.24%), tetracosane(3.09%), etc. CONCLUSION β-sitosterol was the most abundant volatile component in Daphne koreana Nakai, accounting for 32.63% of the total content.
