摘要
城市建设隧道工程施工过程中,隧道掘进机是隧道工程掘进过程中必不可少的施工设备,隧道掘进机是用机械破碎岩石、出碴和支护实行连续作业的一种综合设备,是当前世界范围内最先进的隧道施工设备。隧道掘进机系列油缸中的推进油缸缸径大、行程长、工作压力高、各项性能比较好,是非常关键产品,由于隧道施工作业环境比较恶劣,为了确保油缸作业的安全性、可靠性,必须做好推进油缸的设计工作。文章分析了隧道掘进机系列油缸的技术特点,以及油缸结构的特点,希望对隧道掘进机系列油缸中的推进油缸的设计有一定的借鉴和参考。
        With the continuous development and progress of the economy,China's urban rail transit is accompanied by the rapid development of China's social development.Different types of rail transit have entered a period of parallel development,showing a diversified development trend and beginning to pay attention to rail transit and urban environment.Coordinated development.During the construction of urban construction tunnels,the tunnel boring machine is an indispensable construction equipment in the tunneling process.The tunnel boring machine is a comprehensive equipment for continuous operation by mechanically breaking rock,exiting and supporting.It is the current world.The most advanced tunnel construction equipment within the scope.The propulsion cylinder in the tunnel boring machine series cylinder has large cylinder diameter,long stroke,high working pressure and good performance.It is a very important product.Due to the harsh construction environment of the tunnel,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the cylinder operation,it must be do a good job in the design of propulsion cylinders.This paper mainly analyzed the technical characteristics of the tunnel boring machine series cylinders and the characteristics of the cylinder structure.It is hoped that there will be some reference and reference for the design of the propulsion cylinders in the tunnel boring machine series cylinders.
