中拐-玛南地区钻井液体系优化与防漏堵漏技术研究

摘要
针对中拐-玛南地区钻井地层岩石强度高,可钻性差,机械钻速慢;井壁稳定性差,钻井阻卡多;地层裂缝发育,井漏严重等问题,评价优选钻井液关键处理剂,优化钻井液体系配方;开展漏失机理、堵漏材料的选择、堵漏材料对易漏层的适应性、防漏堵漏方法及工艺技术研究。研究结果表明,攻关井平均单井漏失量减少145.2 m~3(下降53.6%),漏失明显减少,防漏堵漏取得良好成效。
        There are some serious well drilling problems in Zhongguai-Manan region, such as poor drillability of high strength formation rock, slow penetration rate of the mechanical drilling, poor borehole wall stability, serious well loss and so on. In this paper, the key treatment agents for drilling fluid was evaluated and optimized, the formulation of drilling fluid system was optimized. And some researches were carried out, such as research of loss mechanism, selection of plugging materials, adaptability of leak proof materials to leaky layer, leak prevention and plugging methods. The results showed that the average single well loss in the well was reduced by 145.2 m3(53.6%) after using loss prevention and control technology.
