摘要
考虑丛式井多级压裂过程中,套损、螺纹泄漏现象严重,利用ANSYS软件建立锥面-球面特殊螺纹模型,研究了内压一定时,不同轴向力下特殊螺纹接头等效应力变化规律和密封面、台肩面接触压力随接触长度变化规律。结果表明,拉伸载荷过大,接箍密封端第一扣完整螺纹牙附近为危险断裂面,螺纹两端粘扣严重。密封面、台肩面接触压力随拉伸载荷增大而减小,但只要拉伸载荷在600 MPa内,密封面接触长度并不会随拉伸载荷增大持续减小。压缩载荷使特殊螺纹密封面、台肩面接触压力、接触长度增加,但同时也会让特殊螺纹接头应力增加,对螺纹连接不利。
        Considering the serious casing damage and thread leakage during multi-stage fracturing in cluster wells, this paper uses ANSYS software to establish a conical-spherical premium thread model, and studies the variation of von mises stress of premium threaded joints under different axial forces and the variation of contact pressure between sealing surface and shoulder surface with contact length.The results show that the tension load is too large, the dangerous fracture surface is near the complete thread tooth of the first buckle at the sealing end of the coupling, and the two ends of the thread are seriously bonded. The contact pressure of the sealing surface and shoulder surface decreases with the increase of the tensile load,however,as long as the tension load is within 600 MPa,the contact length of the sealing surface will not continue to decrease with the increase of the tension load. Compression load led to increases of contact pressure and length of the premium thread sealing surface and shoulder surface, at the same time, it also increases the stress of the premium thread joint,which is unfavorable to the thread connection.
