摘要
钢结构建筑在设计过程中,往往通过钢柱内灌注混凝土增强钢柱抗压、抗弯强度。由于钢柱内部结构复杂,并设有加劲板、封口板、临时斜撑等,导致混凝土施工时受到的阻力较大,尤其狭小截面方形钢柱混凝土施工更加困难。以兰州兰泰苹果园棚户区改造工程为例,依据设计、施工阶段,提出改造加劲板、优化混凝土配合比、确定合理的顶升位置、控制混凝土顶升压力等方案,确保钢柱混凝土的施工质量,大大提高施工效率。
In the design process of steel structure,it is often used to reinforce the steel column's compressive capacity and bending strength by pouring concrete into the steel columns. Due to the complicated internal structure of the steel columns,there are stiffening plates,sealing plates,temporary bracing and so on,resulting in greater resistance to concrete construction,and the construction of narrowsection square steel columns concrete is more difficult. This paper takes the Lanzhou Lantai Pingguoyuan shantytown renovation project as an example,proposes a plan to transform the stiffener,optimizes the concrete mix ratio, determines the reasonable jacking position, and controls the concrete jacking pressure. In this way,the construction quality of the steel columns concrete can be ensured and the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
