摘要
重庆牛角沱嘉陵江大桥属于三类危桥,需进行维修整治。基于文物桥梁"修旧如旧"的维修原则和给老旧桥梁减重延长寿命的原则,混凝土桥面板和桥面系全部拆除,更换为正交异性钢桥面板,栏杆、路灯、桥头堡等附属与原桥建成时外观一致;对锈蚀杆件和有缺陷的铆钉进行更换和补强;对钢桁梁进行喷砂除锈及防腐涂装;对基础采用小型双壁钢围堰内灌注混凝土整体作为永久结构进行防冲刷处置。该桥维修整治后外观恢复到了1966年时通车时的外貌。
        The Jialing River Bridge belongs to the three types of dangerous bridges and needs to be repaired and rectified.Based on the maintenance principle of"repairing the old as the old"and the principle of reducing the weight and life of the old bridges,the concrete bridge deck and the deck system are all removed,replaced by orthotropic steel bridge decks,railings,street lamps,bridgeheads,etc. It is consistent with the appearance of the original bridge; the replacement and reinforcement of corroded rods and defective rivets; sandblasting and rust removal and anti-corrosion coating of steel truss beams; and the use of small double-wall steel cofferdams for concrete foundation Anti-scouring treatment as a permanent structure. After the bridge was repaired and rehabilitated,the appearance was restored to the appearance when it was opened in 1966.
