莒山煤矿15#煤层掘进大巷及大巷交叉点支护设计研究

摘要
为了保证莒山煤矿15#煤层大巷的顺利掘进,通过工作面围岩的力学参数测试及现场勘查,验证了15#煤巷进行加强支护的必要性。针对大巷实际情况提出了煤层大巷锚网喷初次支护+锚索加强支护的联合支护方式,大巷交叉点采用帮锚索+顶锚索加强支护,从而为15#煤层的安全、顺利掘进奠定了基础。
        In order to ensure the smooth excavation of the No.15 coal seam roadways in Jushan Mine,the necessity of supporting reinforcement was verified by mechanical parameter test and on-site investigation of the surrounding rock of the working face.According to the actual situation,we proposed a combined supporting plan:the initial supporting with bolt-mesh-spurt and the reinforced supporting with anchor cables.The supporting for intersections was reinforced by anchor cables at two sides and at the top,which could lay a foundation for the safe and smooth excavation in No.15 coal seam.
