摘要
超长竖井压力钢管安装施工材料投入大,安全风险极高。本文结合工程当地市场资源短缺和运输困难的实际情况,通过对竖井已开挖结构的研究,研制出一种用于大型水电井施工的吊笼和施工平台组合设备,可实现连续施工,降低施工成本,同时改进吊笼传统控制为遥控操作方式,提高施工质量,可为类似钢管安装工程提供借鉴。
        Theultra-long shaft pressure steel pipe installation construction is characterized by huge material investment and high safety risk. Combined equipment combining hanging basket for large hydropower well construction with construction plate is developed through the research on the excavated structure of shaftsin the paperbased on theactual situation of local market resource shortage and transportation difficulties. Continuous construction can be realized to reduce the construction cost. The hanging basket traditional control is improved to be remote control operation mode, the construction quality is improved, thereby providing reference for similar steel pipe installation projects.
