摘要
枪钻刀具在深孔加工过程中,无法观察其加工状态,若钻头过度磨损,且没有及时更换刀具,就可能引起机床损坏或工件报废。为解决此问题,本文介绍了专用机械式新型过载保护装置对刀具进行保护,该装置根据枪钻刀具磨损状态和切削阻力,逐渐压缩其内部弹簧,促使枪钻刀具相对钻柄产生位移;当位移距离达到设定数值时,电感传感器传输信号到数控系统,发出报警信号,机床自动退刀并停机,提醒人员更换刀具。
        The gun drill tool cannot observe the machining state during deep hole machining. If the drill bit is excessively worn and the tool is not replaced in time, the machine tool may be damaged or the workpiece may be scrapped. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduces a special mechanical type of overload protection device to protect the tool. According to the wear state and cutting resistance of the gun drill tool, the device gradually compresses the internal spring to promote the displacement of the gun drill tool relative to the drill handle; When the distance reaches the set value, the inductive sensor transmits a signal to the numerical control system, and an alarm signal is issued. The machine automatically retracts and stops, reminding the person to change the tool.
