城市更新背景下大运河沿线历史街区的保护与复兴——以江苏仪征城南大码头街区为例

摘要
衰败的历史街区其更新发展是必然的,但每一处历史街区都是一个城市的乡愁地,如采取大拆大建的更新改造模式,将导致文化遗产的破坏,街区文脉的断裂和历史氛围的消失。历史街区的更新应当是一种有机更新,本质上是街区复兴。江苏仪征城南大码头街区作为大运河沿线的历史街区,是大运河水利及盐漕纲运的实地证明,是仪征最大规模完整成片的历史街区,是地方传统文化传承的空间载体。基于历史街区与大运河价值的研究,通过保护、恢复、传承、活化的规划策略与措施,保护文化遗产,传承城市文脉,最终实现历史街区的复兴。
Regeneration of decaying historic districts of urban area is inevitable, however, since every historic district bears the nostalgia of a city, renewal mode of demolition and construction in large scale will lead to the damage of cultural heritage, breakage of urban context, and vanish of historical atmosphere.The renewal of the historic district should be sustainable regenaration, which in essence is the revival of the district. The Grand South Wharf district in Yizheng city of Jiangsu provence, as a historic district along the Grand Canal, demonstrates in field the historic water conservancy facilities of the canal as well as its canal transportation history of salt and grain.Meanwhile, as the largest one among the relatively complete historic districts in Yizheng city, this district carries the local cultural heritage spatial y. Based on studying of the values of the historic district and the Grand Canal, the essay will discuss the conservation of the cultural heritage as well as the urban context through planning strategies and measures of conservation, restoration, inheritance and activation,which eventually aims for the revival of the historic district.
