摘要
水电站引水系统到厂房段的引水洞,一般由上平洞、竖井(或斜井)、下平洞组成,竖井(或斜井)以混凝土浇筑为主,少部分设计成压力钢管,压力钢管都是与机组段钢衬连接,从下平洞开始延伸到竖井(或斜井)再到上平洞。某水电站因上弯段部分覆盖层较薄,需要在引水洞竖井上部及上弯段中上部增设压力钢管,就产生了竖井中上部为起点进行压力钢管定位的安装技术难点。本文重点分析、论述了解决该技术难点的施工方法,以供类似工程参考。
        For a hydropower station, the headrace tunnel from the headrace system to the powerhouse generally consists of upper horizontal section, shaft(or inclined shaft) and lower horizontal section. The shaft(or inclined shaft) is mainly of concreting and partially designed as penstock. In all cases, the penstock is connected to the steel lining of unit, extending from the lower horizontal section to the shaft(or inclined shaft) and then to the upper horizontal section. By taking XXX Hydropower Station as an example, due to relatively thin overburden at the upper curved section, it is necessary to install penstocks for the headrace tunnel at the upper part of the shaft and the middle and upper part of the upper curved section. In this case, technological difficulties are encountered during installation of penstock positioning segments by starting from the middle and upper part of shaft. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses corresponding construction method to address these technological difficulties, so as to provide reference for similar projects.
