摘要
建立了检测茶叶中灭多威等17种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法。详细讨论了加水对茶叶中氨基甲酸酯类农药提取效率的影响。茶叶样品加水后,用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS方法净化,C18色谱柱分离,三重四极杆电喷雾质谱检测,基质外标法定量。17种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R~2)均大于0. 99。方法检出限(S/N=3)为0. 001~0. 02 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为0. 002~0. 05 mg/kg。在0. 05,0. 5,5. 0 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,17种农药残留平均加标回收率在82. 1%~119. 2%之间,相对标准偏差均小于8. 5%。
        A method for determination of 17 carbamate pesticide residues in tea by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( UPLC-MS/MS) was established. After rehydrated,the samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by the Qu ECh ERS method. The separation was carried out on a C18 column by ultra performance liquid chromatography( UPLC). The target compound was detected by MS/MS system with eletrospray ionization( ESI) under a multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) mode. The calibration curves of 17 carbamate pesticides showed good linearity in their own ranges with correlation coefficients higher than 0. 99. The average recoveries ranged from 82. 1% to 119. 2%,at three spiking levels with RSD < 8. 5%. The limit of detection( LOD) and the limit of quantitation( LOQ) of carbamate pesticide residues in tea were 0. 001 ~ 0. 02 mg/kg and 0. 002 ~ 0. 05 mg/kg,respectively.
