摘要

随着国家对生态环保的标准及要求越来越高,垃圾无害化处理过程如何保障安全环保的处置,降低安全环保风险,提高安全环保系数,探讨垃圾处理设施安全环保及应急管理的原则。
        With the higher and higher national standards and requirements for ecological and environmental protection, how to ensure the disposal of safety and environmental protection in the process of harmless treatment of garbage, reduce the risk of safety and environmental protection, and improve the coefficient of safety and environmental protection, has become the question. The principles of safety, environmental protection and emergency management of waste treatment facilities were discussed.
