摘要

公路作为国家重要的基础设施和公益性资产,目前已进入大规模养护期,为使公路养护由粗放管理转变为精细化管理,提高养护管理水平,设计和开发了真三维公路养护全资产综合管理平台,实现了真三维模型、二维GIS地图、全景和资产信息属性的四联动可视化,以及公路养护信息资源的整合和共享。平台以云部署的方式为用户节省了维护成本,有效避免了管养建设的重复投资,同时逐渐积累养护数据,为大数据分析提供了基础。
        Highway, as an important national infrastructure and public asset, has entered the large-scale maintenance period. In this paper, we designed and developed a real 3D highway maintenance asset comprehe nsive management platform, in order to make the highway maintenance shifting from extensive management to fine management, and improve the level of maintenance and management. This platform achieved the four linkages of real 3D model, 2D GIS map, panorama and asset information attributes, and achieved the integration and sharing of highway maintenance information resources. And the way of cloud deployment in this platform can save maintenance cost for the users, and avoid duplication investment of management and maintenance. At the same time, the gradual accumulation of maintenance data will provide the basis for big data analysis.
