摘要

物资管理是企业管理重要内容,与企业运营成本有直接关联。良好的物资管理不仅能够为企业运营提供可靠物资支持,同时还可对物资资源价值展开深度挖掘,能够为企业运营提供更多有利条件。文中将以物资精细化管理现状、特点分析为着手点,通过对精细化管理原则的介绍,对精细化管理在现代企业物资管理中的运用策略展开全面分析,旨在提高企业物资管理水平,促进企业稳定性发展。
        Material management is an important part of enterprise management,which is directly related to enterprise operating costs. Good material management can not only provide reliable material support for enterprise operation,but also excavate the value of material resources in depth,which can provide more favorable conditions for enterprise operation. This article will start with the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the fine management of materials,introduce the principles of the fine management,and make a comprehensive analysis of the application strategies of the fine management in the modern enterprise material management,aiming at improving the level of the enterprise material management and promoting the stable development of the enterprise.
