某矿山排土场的散体岩土试验及其FLAC~(3D)数值模拟

摘要
排土场的稳定性是影响矿山安全生产的重要因素之一,关系到矿山持续生产和人员生命财产的安全。为探讨排土场的安全稳定性,根据刚果(金)某排土场的工程实例,在现场进行了对散体岩土的容重、含水量、块度组成、自然安息角等参数的测试。利用现场采集的小于5 cm散体岩土样品,进行自然及饱和状态下的大型室内直剪试验。通过对室内试验数据的处理,确定了排土场散体岩土的物理力学参数;采用Rhino-FLAC~(3D)耦合技术,对排土场的现状、设计及推荐排土场堆置过程的稳定性进行三维数值模拟分析,揭示了堆置过程中岩土体的应力应变及塑性区的分布和变化规律;通过FLAC~(3D)节点记录命令,对排土场的坡脚进行了位移记录。结果表明:该排土场整个堆置过程处于稳定状态,排土场边坡的破坏模式为"坐落式—滑移式"破坏;根据稳定性分析结果,提出了针对排土场建设过程中的建议措施,为进一步设计优化提供参考依据。
        The stability of the dump is one of the important factors affecting the safe production of the mine, and it is related to the continuous production of the mine and the safety of personnel's life and property. In order to discuss the safety and stability of the dump,according to the engineering example of a dump in Congo(King),tests were carried out on the parameters such as bulk density,water content, block composition and natural angle of repose of the loose rock.Large indoor direct shear tests in natural and saturated conditions were carried out using scattered geotechnical samples of less than 5 cm collected on site.Through the processing of laboratory test data,the physical and mechanical parameters of the loose rock and soil in the dump were determined.Using Rhino-FLAC~(3 D) coupling technology,the three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the current situation and design of the dumping site and the stability of the recommended dumping process reveals the stress and strain of the rock mass and the distribution of the plastic zone during the stacking process.And the law of change,through the FLAC~(3 D) node record command, the displacement of the slope of the dump is recorded.The results show that the whole stacking process of the dump is in a stable state,and the failure mode of the dump slope is "sitting-sliding" failure.According to the stability analysis results, the proposed measures for the construction of the dump are proposed.Provide a reference for further design optimization.
