摘要
CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道端刺区的轨道和路基结构特征决定了其在出现基础沉降问题时难以整治。本文从端刺区CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道抬升技术难点及既有整治措施的局限性出发,提出了能够充分利用高聚物注浆抬升优势并克服其局限性的端刺区调整砂浆层抬升轨道板方案、相邻常规路基段高聚物注浆抬升方案以及2种方案结合位置一定长度范围内按照不超过2. 5‰的坡度设置顺坡过渡段的综合整治措施。该整治措施已在京津城际铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道端刺区基础沉降抬升修复工程进行了实践,效果良好。所形成的技术措施及经验可为我国CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道类似病害的养护维修提供借鉴。
        The track and subgrade structural characteristics of the terminal cutting area of the CRTSⅡ slab-type ballastless track make it diff icult to treat the foundation subsidence problem. Based on the technical diff iculties of CRTSⅡ slab-type ballastless track lifting and the limitations of existing treatment measures,this paper proposed the scheme of adjusting the mortar layer uplifting track slab in terminal cutting area and the scheme of high-polymer grouting and lifting in adjacent conventional subgrade section,which can overcome obstacles above and fully utilize the advantages of high-polymer grouting and lifting,and the comprehensive treatment measures in which the transition section is set in accordance with the slope no more than 2.5‰ in a certain length range of the combined position of the tw o schemes. The treatment measures was carried out in lifting and repair project of the foundation subsidence in terminal cutting area of the CRTSⅡ slab-type ballastless track of the Beijing-T ianjin intercity railway,and the effect was good. The technical measures and experience formed are intended to provide reference for the maintenance and repair of similar diseases of CRTSⅡ slab-type ballastless track in China.
