摘要
采煤机是生产原煤和实现高产高效矿井的主要设备,是采煤系统的龙头,采煤机工作性能的好坏直接影响着煤矿的生产活动。牵引部是采煤机的重要组成部分,承担采煤机的行走任务,是采煤机发生故障最高的部件。提高该部件的可靠性,对煤矿生产有着深远意义。
The shearer is the main equipment for producing raw coal and realizing high yield and high efficiency mine. The working performance of the shearer directly affects the production of coal mine. The traction unit is an important part of the shearer, which undertakes the walking task of the shearer. Improving the reliability of traction unit has far-reaching significance for coal mine production.
