摘要

合同管理是工程项目中非常重要的一项内容,一旦合同管理出现问题,将会给工程结算和工程造价造成一定的影响,论文主要从合同管理的定义出发,分析了合同管理对工程结算和工程造价的影响。
        Contract management is a very important part of engineering project. Once there are problems in contract management, it will have a certain impact on project settlement and construction cost. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of contract management on the project settlement and construction cost from the definition of contract management.
