摘要
从中化地质矿山总局(中化局)改革发展的实际出发,运用组织架构的基本理论和研究方法,对原有的组织架构现状、面临的形势任务进行全面分析,指出了其在当前形势下存在的主要问题和不适应性。通过对不同类型组织架构比较,提出了中化局企业化改革组织架构设计方案,及方案实施应采取的主要措施与重点工作。
Start from the reform and development practices of the China Chemical Geology and Mine Bureau,using organizational architecture basic theory and research method,carried out overall analysis of original organizational architecture current situation and tasks facing,pointed out principal problems and inadaptability under the current situation. Through comparison of different organizational architecture types,has put forward design scheme of China Chemical Geology and Mine Bureau organizational architecture,as well as main measures and key works in the scheme implementation.
