摘要

在美国,宿舍教育在高校教育和管理过程中起着重要作用,是学生事务工作的重要组成部分。该文阐述了美国高校宿舍教育的概况和特点,剖析了我国高校宿舍教育存在的社会化服务、交叉化管理、行政化干预、人员素质不齐等现状与问题,提出了立德树人、以生为本、资源合力、以文化人等促进我国宿舍教育管理的四点启示。
        The dormitory education in America plays an important role in the process of college education and management, and also is an important part of student affairs. This paper expounds the general situation and characteristics of dormitory education for colleges and universities in America, also analyses the current situation and problems of dormitory education in China in terms of socialized service, cross-management, administrative intervention and uneven quality of personnel, finally, puts forward four enlightenments to promote dormitory education management in China, such as cultivating virtue and people, taking students as the foundation, resourcing together,and taking cultural people as the basis.
