导管架平台管节点强度校核及影响因素分析

摘要
导管架平台结构设计规范API RP 2A 22版后对管节点强度校核的方法和要求进行了修改,为了使导管架平台管节点强度满足新版规范要求,结合工程实际情况,计算分析管节点的弦杆壁厚、撑杆直径与壁厚对管节点校核结果的影响,同时对弱化撑杆截面,内部加强环以及新型的环口板加强、套管加T加强进行分析讨论。
        In the code of API RP 2A 22 for structural design of jacket platform, the methods and requirements for strength check of tubular joints have been modified. In order to meet the requirements of the new specification for the strength of tubular joints of jacket platform, combined with the practical engineering experience, the influence of wall thickness of chord, diameter and wall thickness of the brace upon the tubular joints' strength was analyzed. The weaken section, internal strengthened ring, collar plate reinforced joint, sleeve-reinforced joint were also studied.
