分散性生态工业园区环境规划方法研究——以富民工业园区为例

摘要
工业园区规模及生产企业数量在发展过程中不断扩大,随之而来的是大量的资源消耗及污染物排放对环境造成破坏。我国现阶段工业园区大多存在着生产企业分散布局,工业类型不统一等情况。为了促进工业园区经济、社会、环境的平衡发展,减少其对环境的影响,通过产业结构优化、环境治理与保护、合理的产业及生态环境规划等方法,对生态工业园区的循环经济发展及生态环境可持续性提出发展策略。
A large amount of resource consumption and pollutant discharge damages the environment with the constantly expanding scale of industrial parks and the increasing amount of production enterprises. The problems in domestic industrial parks at present included scattered distribution of production enterprises and different types of industries. This paper put forward the development strategies for the circular economy development and ecological environment sustainability of the eco-industrial park by means of industrial structure optimization, environmental governance and protection, and reasonable industrial and ecological environment planning to promote the balanced development of the economy, society and environment of the industrial park and reduce its impact on the environment.
